Christmas 2025: Order Processing & Holiday Closure Information
With the festive season almost here, we’d like to share our office closure and order processing details for Christmas and New Year. To allow our team to enjoy a well-earned break and spend time with loved ones, our offices will be closed from Christmas Eve (24th December) until New Year's Day (1st January).
Key Dates and Deadlines:
Office Closure Dates:
- Our office will be closed from 24th December 2025 to 1st January 2026. During this time, we’ll be taking a short break to recharge for the year ahead.
Order Processing Deadlines:
- Last orders for Christmas delivery: To ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, please place your order before 3pm GMT on Friday 19th December. Orders placed after this cut-off may not arrive before 25th December.
- Our online store will remain open throughout the holiday season, but orders placed between 3pm GMT 23rd December and 1st January will not be processed until we reopen on 2nd January 2026. This includes both orders and customer service requests, so we recommend planning your orders accordingly.
Customer Support:
- Our customer support team will also be taking a break during the closure period. Any queries or requests will be reviewed and responded to after we reopen on 2nd January 2026.
We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. This season is a special time for reflection and rest, and we hope you are able to take some time for yourself too. We’ll be ready and excited to assist you with any orders or questions when we return!
